Credit Controller

For our client, a multinational company in the energysector, we are looking for a **credit controller (temporary position for 8 months).**

Your responsibilities include:
**Debt Collection**:

- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to secure payment.
- Work together closely with the Sales team to align efforts. Propose payment plans or alternative
- solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management if required.
- Contacting collection companies

**Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
- Provide assistance and support to internal stakeholders regarding credit-related matters.

**Credit Management**:

- Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, manage the credit insurance status.
- Challenge credit limits and payment terms with the sales team

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collections status.
- Analyze payment trends and identify areas for improvement.
