Vie - Logistics Coordinator (M/F/d)

Air Liquide Medical Ltd. NV and Air Liquide Healthcare Netherlands provide healthcare professionals and patients with solutions that contribute to our mission of protecting vulnerable lives. We are constantly inventing and developing solutions for healthcare facilities. In the Hospital Care (Belux) business, our employees serve more than 7,500 hospitals and clinics every day, supplying them with oxygen and other medical gases. In the Homecare business (Belux), our employees take care of the respiratory treatment at home of, among others, more than 40,000 patients.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The VIE Logistics Coordinator will work within the Logistics Department, managing the delivery of packaged gasses to our customers in BeNeLux.

The team consists of 2 coordinators based in our conditioning site in Schelle. They work closely with our Assets Manager to help identify customer needs and coordinate the management of available stocks to facilitate the scheduling of delivery rounds. They have daily contacts with our Production, Sales and CSC departments.

The VIE Logistics Coordinator is responsible for answering customers requests and registering customer orders in SAP.

In order to offer a service that meets our customers' expectations, the VIE Logistics Coordinator plays an active role on our telephone platform, answering any questions or and resolving problems encountered by drivers, colleagues and customers. He/she is a point of contact for logístical issues, and communicates positively and proactively with all those he/she deals with.

**Are you a MATCH?
**Education**:
Master/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.

IT: Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace and PowerBI is a plus.

Soft Skills: A positive, communicative and rigorous profile is required to fulfill the tasks entrusted to him. A good team spirit and good stress management skills are essential to perform effectively in all circumstances.
