Als Solution Architect IAM maak je deel uit van de Shared Service IAM van Argenta en werk je technische en architecturale security-oplossingen uit voor de realisatie van de algemene security roadmap.
Samen met de shared service manager bewaak je het '˜wat', '˜hoe' en '˜wanneer' voor de oplevering van de IAM features binnen de shared service.
Samen met je collega's ontwikkel en communiceer je een heldere technische visie op de applicaties, systemen, infrastructuur en integraties. Dit steeds in lijn met de lange termijn Argenta IT-strategie en in nauwe samenwerking met de enterprise architecten, andere development streams, '¦
Jouw rol in het team:
- Realisatie van de '˜ **architectural runway **' (i.e. enablers die de technical foundation voor de toekomst verzekeren);
- Uitvoeren van **risico
- en impactanalyses **;
- Verbeterideeën aanreiken om de processen binnen IAM te **optimaliseren **;
- Proactief handelen om **audits **te ondersteunen/vergemakkelijken;
- Valideren van technologische veronderstellingen en evalueren van alternatieven;
- Definiëren en waarborgen van ' **best practices **' met betrekking tot code-implementatie, documentatie, tests en deployment;
- **Toekomstvisie **ontwikkelen rond de applicaties in beheer van IAM in lijn met de strategie van Argenta;
- Op de hoogte zijn van de toekomstige security technologieën, producten en protocollen (IAM, RBAC, '¦);
- **Risico's **identificeren en verzekeren dat de oplossingsrichting voldoet aan architectural guardrails, standaarden en wettelijke verplichtingen.

- Een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in een IT-richting) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Aanvullende opleidingen/cursussen in methodieken voor IT (enterprise) architectuur;
- Minstens 8 jaar ervaring als security architect binnen IT;
- Kennis van NETIQ is een pluspunt;
- Sterke analytische en technische vaardigheden, in staat zijn om diverse vraagstukken te analyseren en in de uitwerking ervan een sturende rol op te nemen binnen een grote groep van betrokken stakeholders;
- Een hands-on mentaliteit (je duikt graag mee in de code), een leergierige en zelflerende aanpak en een constructieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset;
- Sterke communicatie skills: sterk coachend en adviserend kunnen optreden door de juiste vragen te stellen en uit te dagen, steeds vanuit het bedrijfsbelang en daardoor soms ingaande tegen individuele belangen of silo-werking.
