Bij **Chief Financial Office** vind je ervaren experts op het vlak van finance, tax & legal. Onze finance-collega’s zorgen ervoor dat alle financiële processen correct verlopen: de boekhouding, financiële controles, de budgetopmaak en forecasts, de controle van kosten en onze beleggingen van verzekeringsprovisies.
Het team **Systems & Process** speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol: zij beheren en ontwikkelen alle systemen en processen voor zowel CFO als CRO. Zij voeren analyses uit, bepalen en verbeteren processen, beheren data en onderhouden contacten met de hele onderneming, haar dochterondernemingen en de Ageas-groep. Voor dit team zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren **Business Analyst** die de volgende activiteiten uitvoert:
- Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team en werkt zelfstandig aan **verbeteringsprojecten**. Samen met je collega's ben je de drijvende kracht achter de verdere kwalitatieve structurering van data, de optimalisatie van onze dataverwerkingsprocessen, kwalitatieve controles en rapportering binnen onze omgeving.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van onze interne klanten en gaat op zoek naar oplossingen.
- Je staat hierbij in voor de uitvoering van de noodzakelijke **businessanalyses**, dit in nauw overleg met enerzijds de betrokken businesses en anderzijds IT.
- Je staat verder in voor de realisatie van testplannen met de business (acceptance tests).
- Je documenteert de verbeteringen die je aanbrengt en zet de nodige controlemechanismen op zodat de kwaliteit van onze data altijd gegarandeerd is.
- Je werkt vlot samen met de collega’s van CFO en met anderen.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je kan terugvallen op een **grondige ervaring als business analyst** (min. 3 jaar).
- **Je blinkt uit door je heldere analyses, creatieve oplossingen en gedetailleerde aanpak.**:
- Je bent goed met cijfers, maar ook met mensen. Teamspirit is een van je sterke punten. **Communicatief** ben je sterk. Je weet anderen te overtuigen en enthousiast te maken om mee te werken aan projecten.
- Spreek en schrijf je vlot **Frans** en **Engels**? Fantastisch
- Je staat altijd open om bij te leren.
- Heb je een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een financiële of IT-richting (of een gelijkwaardige ervaring), en interesse in de financiële sector? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
