De Operations Supervisor die onze klant zoekt, heeft reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek, heeft een uitgebreide talenkennis en minstens een bachelordiploma of genoeg relevante ervaring.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en supervisie in het magazijn;
- Leiding geven aan een team dat bestaat uit 25 à 30 werknemers dat instaat voor onthaal, stockering en verzending van onderdelen;
- Instaan voor budgetten, opleidingen en mogelijke optimalisaties in de processen;
- Je staat in voor het bewaken van de veiligheid op de werkvloer.
Ben jij de Operational Supervisor die wij zoeken?
- In het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, Engels en Frans;
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie;
- Proactief, communicatief en een hands-on mentaliteit;
- Grote interesse in de logistieke wereld;
- MS Office kent geen geheimen voor jou. Kennis van SAP en warehousing is een pluspunt;
- Bereid om in de roterende ploeg (6u-14u & 14u-22u) te werken.
