Distributed ledger technology and blockchain continue to be one of the fastest-growing areas in the world today. New use cases are emerging and IntellectEU is proud to be one of the leaders in the space in providing implementation services to large institutions. Currently, we are searching for a committed Business Analyst to join our team. As a business analyst, you will interact with both the business stakeholders and the technical teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Ensure that documents produced keep technology aligned with project objectives
- Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze usability and performance needs
- Customer communication and consultancy
- Participate in technical pre-sales with customers
- Translating the needs of different stakeholders into concrete business requirements
- Co-create solutions with various stakeholders and come up with innovative ideas
- Analyze and digest business requirements into technical stories ready to be developed
- Explain complex solutions to business and non-technical people
**Technical skills**:
- 2+ or 3+ years of BA experience in IT
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and/or DLT
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle
- Proficiency in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases design, system diagrams
- Strong knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes
- Hands-on experience in documenting business processes, user interfaces, data structures and business logic, UML, SQL, Agile (Scrum)
- The structural approach, i.e. the ability to decompose the entire scope with respect to the given level of details
- English — upper intermediate

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result oriented approach
