Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable holiday experiences? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to fill our seasonal receptionist role. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their journey starts and ends with a splash of excellence.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Warmly Welcome Guests**: Greet and assist customers during boarding and return formalities, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere from the get-go.
- **Smooth Payments**: Navigate the waters of payment processes with ease. Manage customer payments seamlessly, ensuring a stress-free financial journey for our guests.
- **Boating Schedule**: Collaborate in establishing daily and weekly departure schedules using our cutting-edge Neptune reservation software. Keep the Neptune database shipshape by updating customer and cruise information daily.
- **Cruise Concierge**: Provide expert advice on itineraries, share exciting tourist information, and distribute satisfaction questionnaires for valuable feedback.
- **Organizational Maestro**: Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception desk and facilitate smooth communication between the quay and the reception area.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training**:

- **Multilingual Marvel**: Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German, French would be beneficial, any other language knowledge is a bonus
- **Service-Oriented Approach**: Understand the unique needs of each guest and tailor your suggestions accordingly, ensuring a personalized and memorable journey. Align with our mission to provide outstanding customer service and actively contribute to achieving the objectives of the base and the company.
