»**:Your responsibilities as Scrum master**:

You get your energy out of coaching, coördinating and improving diffferent scrum teams. You create a culture of responsibility where everyone achieves the goals on time.
- You optimize the development processes (workflow, processes, succession, organisation of the different sprints and the retrospective of those sprints.)
- You aim for the improvement of efficency op the development team ( capacity, planning, expectations, planning of the tasks.)
- You provide the training and counselling about the principles of the scrum process.
- You organise the set up of the development teams ( squads en members of the squads).
- You moderate the daily standup meetings in a positive and productive setting.
- You remove the obstacles during the development processes of the different scrum teams so that you can provide a focus on the main targets.
- You coach the members of the different scum teams during the process.
- You support the Product Owner in his/her tasks and maintains the product-backlog.

»**:Your prYour profile as Scrum master**:

You have at leaste a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT or equivalent by experience
- You have experience with Scrum or agile methods
- Being a certificate scum master or agile master is a plus
- You have experience in a leaderschip role
- You are a peoplemanager who helps people grow and develop so they can give the best of themselves
- You are a teamplayer who likes to work with a dynamic team
- You can priotize and respect deadlines
- You have strong skills in organisation and communication
- You have a good analytical ability and are solution
- oriented
- You have a critical mind and dares to challenge
- You a flexibel and adjust fast to change
- You are both proactive as retrospective
- You have affinity with software development
- You can hold overview very easily
- You have a good knowledge of English (oral as well as written)
