En tant que directeur opérationnel, vous assumez les tâches suivantes:
Vous adoptez une réflexion tactique sur la poursuite du développement de grandsvins.be : comment organiser notre chaîne d’approvisionnement ? Comment intégrer les coûts et bénéfices dans les bonnes procédures ? Quelles étapes entreprendre pour obtenir un résultat satisfaisant ? Vous cherchez la réponse à ces questions et bien d’autres
À cet égard, vous gérez le volet opérationnel du déploiement. Main dans la main avec votre équipe, vous veillez à la bonne exécution des services, de la réception de la commande à la livraison au client.
En fonction du client, vous gérez certaines tâches quotidiennes : gestion des commandes, gestion du stock, remise qualitative, traitement des plaintes

Vous travaillez depuis nos sièges centraux à Gand et Hal.

Profil

Connaissances et expérience - Vous justifiez de trois à cinq ans d’expérience au sein d’un environnement de commerce en ligne. Par ailleurs, vous aimez prendre en charge des projets. Toute affinité pour les processus (IT) constitue un atout.

Passion - Vous nourrissez une passion pour le vin. Vous vous déplacez facilement chez le client afin de pouvoir garantir, ensemble, des produits de la meilleure qualité.

Indépendance et esprit d'analyse - Vous travaillez en toute autonomie. Votre objectif ? Obtenir des résultats Vous êtes capable d’analyser un problème et de parvenir à une solution créative en un rien de temps.

Compétences organisationnelles - Vous faites preuve de détermination et n’avez pas peur de prendre des décisions difficiles. Vous maintenez un bon équilibre entre le travail au bureau et sur le terrain. C’est cette variété qui vous procure de l’énergie

Connaissances linguistiques - Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et vous exprimez correctement en anglais. Votre français vous sera également utile.
