**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- **Content preparation**:Acquire, update, and prepare product content and knowledge for online and onsite training using dedicated digital tools. Obtain a deep understanding of products to translate complex product information into engaging content
- **Practical domain involvement**: build experience in the different technical domains to gain field knowledge and familiarity with our product solutions. Collaborate with trainers to maintain a shared way of working.
- **Commissioning Training**: provide training for different teams, from field technicians to software engineers
- **Train-the-trainer**:Use and foster the train-the-trainer principle for KION HQ & branches target groups
- **Change Management**:Actively engage in driving content, tools and process change management. Active engagement in process and content improvement
- **Support training administration**:Support administrative training activities through tracking of training efforts and respective data management

**Requirements for success**
- You have a degree in a relevant technical or training field
- You have a significant background in automation, automated products or engineering disciplines and understand product lifecycle
- You have a broad technical knowledge and can take a holistic view of systems and problem solving
- Experience collaborating with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI (User Interface). Helping to refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
- Experience working with digital tools to compile, store and share training content
- Effective communication skills to translate technical content into accessible training language both verbally and written
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to translate "tech speak" into "human"
- Aptitude to share knowledge with an open-minded and passionate approach to learning
- Language skills: fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, C#, C/C++
- Experience with Communications Protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, etc. )
