Tired of the same old wine-drenched parties, Dimitri gave birth to GIMBER in November 2017 in his home kitchen, after months of digging for the perfect combination that would spice up his taste buds without making his head spin.
A crazy amount of premium ginger, water and good vibes later, GIMBER came to its official existence for you to dip your days & nights in the powerful bite it never fails to deliver.

To support their growth, and the further optimization of their Human Capital department, they created a new role to ensure an optimal HR service towards all internal clients and employees for an HR Manager.
**Jobomschrijving**:
Within this role you will aim for a strategic, solid, correct and mature HR department in line with the company culture, ambitions and vision:
- You ensure and strengthen the added value of the HR department enhancing proximity and visibility towards the company and employees.
- You advise both the company and employees in all HR related matters.
- You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition, onboarding, development up to retention.
- You ensure a good relationship with the different internal departments and stakeholders strengthening your business understanding in order to comprehend their challenges, needs, KPI’s and possible concerns.
- You will initiate, lead and manage different HR projects such as talent management, performance management, employer branding, compensation & benefits
- Together with your team you will set up and manage the yearly recruitment budget & activities.
- You will provide support in the Talent Acquisition process and manage the external recruitment providers while securing a strong recruitment methodology and internal stakeholder management.
- You will be supported by a team of 3 FTE’s (HR officer, PMO Specialist, Payroll & Financial expert) that you will manage both directly as indirectly.
- You will report directly to the Human Capital & Legal Director.
**Profiel**:
- Bachelor or Master background combined with a solid relevant experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner within a white collar population.
- You like to work in a changing, growing environment and expect a role with responsibility and impact with a broad/ generalist HR view.
- An active knowledge of the Belgian Social Legislation is preferred.
- Experience within Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- You are an excellent relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy.
- You have a strong problem solver mentality striving for a correct balance between both the employee and the company’s best interest.
- You are enthusiastic, energetic and result driven with a service oriented mindset.
- You have solid listening skills and will make your decisions based on objective feedback.
- Fluent in Dutch and English combined with good level of French.
