**We are looking for a Functional & Technical Analyst for working in our Customer Communication**

He is able to make functional analysis and technical design & development as well
He is capable to talk with business partner and technical colleagues using respective level of
communication
Organisatie
**This domain is responsible for**
1) Message Content Composer, Document Generation.Message Broker delivery to different channel : use
of tool Scriptura
2) Message Broker delivery to different channels, alerting sysem, archiving system: GEMX (Mainframe)
3) What communication is sent to which clients via which channels, alerting to clients, make
communication visible in the clients archive, campaign, bank mail management,.GEMX (Mainframe)
4) Document Storage: used of tools SONORA, PDF cache
5) Orchestration: use of tools Docrouter, Recognition, and GEXE (Mainframe)
6) Document Scanning: use of Kofax, Easyform, Recomatics

There is a multitude of innovative projects for the Bank, and therefore there is almost always a
(significant) impact in Customer Communication Management
There are some pending activities that will give you the opportunity to use all your abilities.
We have now the opportunity to review our architecture to be futureproof and some streams are starting
to analyze and implement a complete new roadmap
The document generation part is one of the important topics of the architecture review and we need a
functional analyst for working specifically on this part.

architecture of IT systems, who is directly supporting the operational strategy of the organization and
even throughout the entire belfius organization. The Functional Analyst must fully understand the
activities of the functional (sub)domain(s) and, at the same time, must be able to understand the
technological problems.
