**Responsabilités**:
- Gérer et améliorer l'efficacité du processus d'achèvement des moteurs
- Assurer la livraison des pièces dans les délais, en totalité vers la ligne d'assemblage
- Piloter les fournisseurs internes et externes afin de terminer les moteurs aux dates discutées avec le responsable de la planification.
- gérer les équipes chargées des achats, de la sous-traitance et de la configuration
- Être le point focal pour tous les sujets de qualité liés à ces départements
- Piloter le centre de contrôle de la porte d'achèvement
- Assister à la réunion de production et à la réunion de planification
- Analyser l'efficacité et la qualité des processus opérationnels existants et identifier les domaines d'amélioration
- Mettre en place et déployer des projets d'amélioration des processus
- Identifier les niveaux de stock corrects pour les pièces standard en collaboration avec le responsable de la planification
- Superviser la mise en œuvre de processus commerciaux nouveaux ou modifiés
- Mettre à jour la documentation et les procédures relatives aux processus
- Traduire la planification à long terme en jalons de livraison de modules hebdomadaires.
- Rencontrer les chefs d'équipe et les responsables de processus pour discuter des objectifs hebdomadaires en matière d'activité et de performance.
- Fournir des informations ad hoc sur la livraison des matériaux au responsable du processus opérationnel et au responsable de la planification en cas d'événements imprévus.
- Gérer les problèmes de qualité avec les fournisseurs externes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Master en gestion d'entreprise**, **gestion du contrôle des processus**, **gestion des opérations**, **gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou similaire, avec expérience confirmée.**:
- **Première expérience en tant que gestionnaire de processus dans un environnement de production**:
- Connaissance de la **planification des besoins en matériel**:
- Connaissance et **expérience **de la **planification des ateliers**:
- Capacité à identifier des stratégies d'amélioration
- Connaissance **avancée des logiciels de gestion d'entreprise (Power BI ; SAP ; MS Project ; Qualipro)**:
- Excellentes capacités d'**analyse** et de **dépannage**:
- **Capacité à coordonner des projets et à diriger une équipe**:
- **Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, vous parlez couramment l'anglais, le français et le néerlandais.**:
- La certification **APICS **est un plus.
