To strengthen our team in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:
**Procurement Assistant**

As Procurement Assistant you support the operational management of indirect procurement activities for our Belgian Operations.

**What you will do**
- You will be responsible for administration regarding purchase orders.
- You will manage the contract signature process.
- You will handle invoice clarification.
- You will provide support to end-users on PO issues, deliveries, and blocking payments to suppliers.
- You will maintain prices and catalogues in the different purchasing tools.
- You will manage vendor creations.
- You will offer support to category buyers on everything related to the ordering process.
- You will back up the operational management of the fleet (550 cars) for Belgium in close collaboration with HR and the category buyer.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good knowledge of English.
- You have a very good understanding of MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
- You challenge processes and are willing to think along with optimizations.
- You are precise and process-minded.
- You are dynamic, customer-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- You are able to develop strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and understand their needs
