Située à Namur, ISOLUTION est une société spécialisée dans les services d’isolation et de ventilation pour les professionnels et les particuliers. Avec plus de 12 ans d’expertise, l’entreprise compte désormais près de 30 collaborateurs.

Plus concrètement, leur objectif est de diminuer les émissions de CO2 dans les bâtiments en Wallonie et à Bruxelles, en devenant une société de rénovation énergétique complète. Pour atteindre leur objectif, ISOLUTION promeut les valeurs de _bienveillance_, _collaboration_ et _fiabilité_.

Pour assurer la croissance de ISOLUTION, nous sommes activement à la recherche d’un **Project Manager - spécialiste isolation B2B (H/F).**

**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Project Manager - Spécialiste en Isolation B2B, vous assurez le suivi des projets depuis la demande de devis jusqu’à la réception finale du chantier. Vous assurez un service de qualité aux clients. Vous contribuez à l’évolution de la société dans le secteur de l’isolation.

Les responsabilités suivantes vous sont confiées:

- Réceptionner les devis d’isolation envoyées par nos rapporteurs d’affaires.
- Rendre visite aux clients, tant particuliers que professionnels, sur chantier afin de traiter les demandes de devis et la bonne exécution des chantiers.
- Comprendre les besoins du client afin de lui proposer des solutions adéquates.
- Collecter l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à la réalisation du devis.
- Assurer le suivi du projet jusqu’à la réception finale du chantier.
- Vérifier le bon déroulement des projets en termes de qualité, budgets et délais.
- Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients, et s’assurer de leur satisfaction.
- Réaliser un reporting régulier de l’avancement des démarches vers la hiérarchie.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, architecture, gestion ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie en gestion de projet dans le secteur industriel, de la construction, ou autre secteur technique.
- Vous souhaitez développer vos connaissances techniques dans le domaine de la rénovation énergétique.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon contact et votre orientation client.
- Vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), et orienté(e) solutions et résultats.
- Vous êtes agile, empathique et assertif.
