**Onze vacature**
In deze boeiende en veelzijdige functie ben je het** juridische aanspreekpunt** binnen het bedrijf. Je rapporteert aan de CEO van Willemot NV en het Compliance team van OVB Holding.
Als **Legal & Compliance Manager** werk je nauw samen met het Compliance Team van OVB Holding. Je hebt de **supervisie over de licensing**. Je zal klachten oplijsten en analyseren (ombudsfin/ombudsdienst verzekeringen). Je neemt deel aan de besprekingen met alle verantwoordelijken voor het luik compliance van de leden van de OVB groep. Als vertegenwoordiger van de tweede lijn (de interne controle in de operationele diensten) sta je in voor de **identificatie, beoordeling en priorisering van de compliance risico’s**, stel je maatregelen voor ter beperking, stel je eventuele incidenten vast en rapporteer je hierover. Je zorgt voor het up-to-date houden, schrijven en harmoniseren van **procedures en controles**. Je zorgt voor sensibilisering, opleiding en training en advies rond compliance risico’s voor wat betreft de specifieke noden van de respectievelijke diensten. Je bent het **aanspreekpunt & verantwoordelijk** in het kader van een compliance audit. Je neemt de rol als AMLCO op binnen Willemot nv. Je verzekert de **opvolging en implementatie van Europese richtlijnen en nationale** **wetgeving**, in het bijzonder wat IDD, POG materie AML, SFDR en klokkenluiderregelgeving betreft. Je werkt mee aan het GDPR-programma onder begeleiding van onze externe DPO. Ten slotte ben je de **primaire** **contactpersoon voor de FSMA** in het kader van inspecties, audits e.d.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een **Master in de Rechten** behaald
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in de verzekerings
- of financiële sector. **Management ervaring is een pluspunt**:
- Je wordt gekenmerkt door **integriteit, discretie, onpartijdigheid, onbevoordeeldheid, kritische instelling**, natuurlijk gezag om te overtuigen en om zich stevig te verzetten tegen meningen of standpunten die je onwenselijk acht vanuit compliance oogpunt
- Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
- Je werkt **nauwgezet** en gestructureerd
- Je neemt **verantwoordelijkheid** en bent flexibel
- Ervaring met klantenrelaties is een troef
- Je bent vlot drietalig: Nederlands - Frans - Engels
