You are responsible for the audit and processing of all shipments destined for non-European countries. Scanning of incoming non-EU shipments, Manual handling of packages as required (pushing, pulling, palletization, etc.), Verification of the supplied documentation (invoice requirements, restrictions, values, etc.), Imaging of the supplied documentation after validation, EDI corrections and key-entry of manual waybills via Opsys/IDC where needed, Correct labeling and forwarding of packages (release, routing, etc.), Exception scanning, setting holds and creation of IISP for export holds, Management of the Export hold cage, Proactively resolve issues related to the processing of non-EU shipments in the warehouse (late releases, belt breakdowns, missorts, etc.), Any other tasks related to the processing of non-EU shipments in the warehouse.
