**The Role**

The essential tasks and responsibilities of the Supply Chain - EP (Engineered Products) Representative is to efficiently investigate and complete the European Engineered products requests (by working together with Sales, Engineering, EP US, Customer Care, Sales Administration,.) and follow up of customer orders for Engineered products.

**What you will do**
- Receive the European Engineered Product requests and investigate possible solutions to supply.
- Work together with sales, engineering, EP US, customer Care and Sales Administration. till completion and quotation
- Work with suppliers to obtain best possible price and lead times for engineered products.
- Request required drawings via Liquid Planner in VCOA and follow up till received and available in the GDP.
- Assist in creating part codes and bill of materials (BOM) for EP part code requests
- Place Purchase orders at suppliers for engineered products needed for Customer Orders and follow up till delivery.
- Follow up received Customer Orders for Engineered Products from order receipt till delivery.
- Assist and work with Supply Chain team members on all supply chain activities.
- Assist and work with other departments on projects as required.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Business, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline, or similar through experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant part code and BOM, Purchasing, Expediting, Material Control and/or related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of Kanban, MRP planning systems is required.
- Manufacturing experience of complex products preferred.
- Excellent working and practical computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office with special focus on Excel.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Able to read and interpret product drawings, notes and dimensions and convert these to part code formats.
- Capable to operate in global/multi-dimensional environment, understanding ANSI, DIN, Metric design data.
- Good oral and written communications skills at all levels.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory, with proficiency in a third language (French or German) preferred; additional language skills are advantageous.
