Wij zijn één van de grootste spelers op de markt in België wat de aanleg betreft van stadskernen, wegen en snelwegen, tramlijnen, logistieke platformen, funderingen van windmolenparken, fietsostrades, bruggen, winkelcentra, verkavelingen, sportcomplexen en parken. De ontwikkeling van Colas Belgium is gebaseerd op de technische kennis, de creativiteit en de inzet van onze medewerkers. Colas Belgium stelt ruim 1100 personeelsleden tewerk die door hun gedrevenheid en uitmuntende skills telkens weer de kwaliteit van de projecten en de naleving van budgetten en termijnen garanderen.

Heb jij ervaring met het aantrekken van blue collar talent? Staan snelheid, communicatie en kwaliteit synoniem voor jouw manier van werken? Heb jij minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het aanwerven van arbeiders, al dan niet in de bouwsector? Dan verwelkomen wij je graag als talent acquisition expert blue collar in ons HR-team.
**Je uitdagingen**:
- Je zal deel uitmaken van het HR-team op het hoofdkantoor van Colas Belgium in Neder-over-Heembeek. Je staat in eerste instantie onze collega bij die verantwoordelijk is voor de aanwervingen van de bedienden. Tijdens deze inloopperiode leer je onze organisatie en onze core business kennen. Je maakt kennis met je toekomstige hiring managers en je zal deelnemen aan jobbeurzen waar wij zowel arbeiders als bedienden ontmoeten.
- In een 2e fase neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de aanwervingen van al onze arbeidersprofielen in België met als 1ste focus Vlaanderen en Brussel. Je wordt hierin uiteraard ondersteund en gecoacht door je HR-collega’s en manager.
- Technisch talent vinden en aan boord houden wordt steeds uitdagender. Je haalt dan ook alles uit de kast om proactief aan de slag te gaan in het vinden van huidig en toekomstig talent. Je staat hiervoor regelmatig in contact met onderwijsinstellingen en tewerkstellingsinstanties in Vlaanderen en Brussel, later ook in Wallonië. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders voor de uitzendkantoren, je neemt deel aan stage-evenementen en jobbeurzen, bent actief op social media,
- Je beheert het wervingsproces voor arbeiders van A tot Z. Samen met de hiring managers van onze vestigingen breng je de rekruteringsnoden in kaart. Je stelt de vacaturetekst op die je vervolgens publiceert op alle gangbare kanalen (social media en job boards) en doorgeeft aan onze externe partners. Je reageert snel op de instroom van kandidaten: screening, referentie-opname, intake gesprek met de leidinggevende, loonvoorstel, contractopmaak. Naar gelang de noden van onze vestigingen zal je gesprekken voeren op onze verschillende locaties.
**Onze nieuwe collega**:
- Aanvullend op je bachelordiploma vertrouw je op minstens 5 jaar operationele ervaring met het aanwerven van arbeidersprofielen
- Ervaring in de bouwsector is een extra troef
- Je bent vlot Nederlandstalig en je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans
- Je combineert je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en enthousiaste, positieve mindset met je organisatietalent
- Je beheert moeiteloos verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd en je behoudt op elk moment het overzicht
- Je bent een teamplayer die probleemloos zelfstandig kan werken
- Je werkt vanuit Neder-over-Heembeek met regelmatige verplaatsingen naar Antwerpen en Limburg, je bent dan ook in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
