Finance Compliance Controller

**Taakomschrijving**
- De Finance Compliance Controller implementeert, bewaakt de SOX compliance van alle administratieve processen (verkoop, aankoop, IT gebruikers toegangen, financiële rapportering,), en is een belangrijke schakel in de uitbouw van managementcontroles en in opvolging van de wettelijke administratieve verplichtingen.
Eveneens is deze functie het aanspreekpunt voor het site management en voor Group Compliance management- Contract management
- Opvolging van aankoop contracten (diensten en materialen)
- Opvolging van lease contracten (IT equipment, heftrucks,)
- Verzekering : opvolging dossiers van schadegevallen
- Bank: aanvraag van L/C
- Management of SOX Compliance:

- Dagelijks nazicht van de A/P en A/R interfaces
- Maandelijks SOX dossier (BS reconciliaties, GRNI, SAP to APEX) opmaken
- Ad hoc CSA & SOX controles uitvoeren
- Coördinatie van voorraad tellingen (filmen, verpakkingsmaterialen, spare parts en vast actief)
- Management of maandelijkse Legal compliance:

- Maandelijkse opmaak van de Belgische en Duitse Btw en Intrastat
- Maandelijkse voorbereiding Spaanse Btw en Intrastat
- Maandelijkse Intrastat & Prodcom aangifte België
- Management of quarterly Legal compliance:

- Review van SAP en Non-SAP user access for SOD
- Management of jaarlijkse Legal compliance:

- EFI documentatie opmaken
- Aangiftes van gemeentelijke, provinciale, gewestelijke belastingen
- Update van DOA Matrix
- Update van goedkeuringsflow in Ultimo
- Gesprekspartner bij interne en externe financiële audits Ad hoc projecten

**Profiel**
- Diploma bachelor/master in een economische richting
- Eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige job of als auditor binnen een productieomgeving
- Basiskennis van Belgische en IFRS boekhoudregels
- Hands-on, gedreven en zin voor initiatief
- Teamplayer
- Communicatief sterk
- Pro-actief en meedenkend met het management
- Doorgedreven kennis van Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint en Sharepoint), eerste ervaring met SAP FI/CO.
- Vlotte operationele kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
