Building Design Manager

Als Design Manager garandeer je consistentie en kwaliteit wat betreft het ontwerp van gebouwen en publieke ruimten op de luchthaven. Lifecycle asset cost, klantbeleving, innovatie, materiaalkeuze, esthetiek en duurzaamheid zijn hierbij belangrijk.
- Je maakt de vertaalslag van de Strategische Visie en corporate strategische initiatieven naar planning principes en design standaarden. Je bent ambassadeur van het Masterplan en de design principles voor ontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Je draagt bij tot het initiëren, implementeren en aligneren van design management processen, systemen en tools binnen ons bedrijf.
- Zowel binnen de organisatie als daarbuiten met externe partners, overheden en bedrijven zal je impactvolle samenwerkingen ontwikkelen en verder uitbouwen. Een belangrijk orgaan hierbij is de Kwaliteitskamer die jij zal voorzitten. Het doel van dit forum is extern advies verkrijgen over onze ontwikkelingen om deze zo te optimaliseren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor goed onderbouwde voorstellen, ontwerpen en visualisaties als decision-making support binnen projecten en in de interne beslissingsorganen om zo de ontwikkeling van de luchthaven te garanderen.
- Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van projecten bij architectuurkeuzes en het vergunningstraject.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou? **technische job Building Design Manager**:
- Je beschikt over een Master en je hebt minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring in architectuur, stedenbouwkundige planning of design management.
- Je bent bij voorkeur een geregistreerd architect.
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands, Frans) en je beschikt over een vlotte kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt ervaring in planning en ontwerpen van complexe infrastructuur en publieke ruimten.
- Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en hebt reeds een relevant professioneel netwerk opgebouwd. Daarnaast treedt je intern op coördinator/coach/facilitator voor alles wat betreft design management.
- Je hebt een innovatieve insteek en je weet probleemstellingen effectief door te vertalen naar ontwerpen en concept oplossingen te visualiseren.
- Je communiceert op een proactieve manier en creëert een draagvlak intern en extern.
- Je stimuleert teamwork om deze samenwerkingsverbanden te initiëren en uit te bouwen.
