Als QA Software Test Analyst met mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring speel ook jij een cruciale rol in het verhogen van de kwaliteit van diverse producten. **Functieomschrijving**:
**Jouw traject**

Met jouw kennis en ervaring als test engineer bouwen we samen aan succes tijdens de **testvoorbereiding**. Je gaat die extra mile door het opstellen en updaten van testplannen en de nodige voorbereidingen te treffen om het testplan/teststrategie correct en volledig uit te kunnen voeren.
- Testplan/strategie opstellen/updaten incl. KPI-definitie
- Inschattingen maken van **test design** en **test uitvoering**:

- Afstemming test uitvoering met de **teamleden **en eventuele andere partijen
- Controleren van vorige **testresultaten **en **testplan **proces bijsturen waar nodig
- Updaten **test management tool** & **defect management tool**

Tijdens de** testuitvoering** staat jouw teambelofte voorop: wat op de markt gebracht wordt, zal echt werken in de geconnecteerde wereld.
- Toezien op de uitvoering van het **testplan**:

- Bijsturen van de planning en stellen van prioriteiten
- Periodiek **opvolgen **van de status van testen en defecten
- Uitvoeren van een **sanity check**/ **smoke test**:

- **Reviewen **van test cases en defecten
- Periodiek updaten van de betrokken partijen omtrent de voortgang

Ook de **test rapportage **gebeurt met de klant in een collegiale samenwerkingssfeer. We dagen elkaar uit en halen zo het beste in elkaar naar boven tijdens de analyse van de testresultaten. Met een bijhorende vlotte communicatiestijl zorg je ervoor dat langetermijnrelaties diepere fundamenten krijgen.
- Opleveren van finale **teststatusrapporten**:

- **Advies verlenen** omtrent de release van het geteste product
- Aanleveren van **gewenste KPI’s** mbt het testproces
- Verbeteren van de **rapporteringskwaliteit**

**Jouw talenten**
- Master of Bachelor in ICT / Electronica / Informatica? Zeker Wist je dat enkele van onze toptalenten een andere achtergrond hebben? Voldoende passie en relevante IT-ervaring? Fantastisch Even graag luisteren we naar jouw verhaal.
- We houden van diversiteit in ons team. Iedereen is welkom in onze Resillion familie maar een geldige werkvergunning voor België is wel noodzakelijk.
- Praat je graag mee in het Nederlands of Frans (C2 niveau)? En heb je een basiskennis van de andere taal (Nederlands of Frans) (A2), goede kennis Engels (B2)? Dan horen we je graag komen.
- Heb je net als ons een passie voor webservices, microservices, API, SDK? Dan zitten we op dezelfde bandbreedte.
- Heb je een vlotte toegang tot Test management tools, defectmanagementsysteem en heb je kennis van gangbare development practices (Agile, TDD, BDD,)? Precies wat we nodig hebben.
- Heb je een kwaliteitslabel als ISTQB Technical Test Analyst/Test Manager? Geen must maar geeft ons meer mogelijkheden om samen de kracht van de digitale toekomst te omarmen.
