Unique Select searches a **Quality & Risk Management (QRM) Methods & Tools Coach** for **Deloitte**. As world-leading professional services firm, Deloitte searches this strategic profile to support their internal growth and innovation processes.

The Methods & Tools Coach works together with different project teams to help them understand the agile delivery approach and guide teams on usage of the supported project management and agile tools, e.g., Digital PMO, PMC, JIRA/Confluence, and ALM Octane. This coach also works with Deloitte and client leaders to transition the agile method and tools as well as any scrum master duties to the project team.

Ready for the challenge? This will be your **key responsibilities** as QRM Methods & Tools Coach:

- Provide agile training to pursuit and project teams as well as local partners to heighten understanding of overall methods and how sprint planning, execution, reporting and agile ceremonies are performed.
- Participate in the assessment of agile maturity of clients as well as pursuit and project teams and recommend mitigation actions based on assessment results.
- Assist PM and Solution Architect on definition of project start-up plan, integrated plan, milestone deliverables, what will be sprinted, and how sprint planning and tracking will work.
- Work with process and enabling team leads to define consistent backlog structure and T-shirt size criteria across disciplines.
- Set up Tableau-based Digital PMO dashboards depicting project progress including mapping to data sources.
- Orchestrate set up of sprint planning and execution using JIRA/Confluence or ALM Octane.
- Work with estimation colleagues on velocity/capacity estimation for sprint work as input to sprint planning, roadmaps, and capacity discussions.
- Identify project team members to whom agile method and tools support and any scrum master work needs to be transitioned; formally provides update on KT activities to program leaders.

**Profiel**

The profile of the ideal QRM Methods & Tools coach:

- You are fluent in English both written and oral, fluency in Dutch or French is a strong asset.
- You have obtained a bachelor degree in: Business, or Technology, or Psychology.
- You are self-driven and have a passion for the future ways of working.
- 2-3 years of experience in at least one of these tools: Jira, Confluence, Solution Manager, ALM, Azure DevOps.
- 2-3 years of experience in delivering projects using Agile.
- Experience in SAP-related transformation programs.
- Experience as a scrum master or scrum team member.
- Agile certification (Scrum and/or SAFE) can be a strong asset.
