We are looking for a Recruiter in Belgium to support the recruitment in Belgium and the Netherlands for one year. The position is initially limited to 1 year.

**Job Description**:

- Sourcing and screen applicants for a variety of live roles across the business in Belgium and the Netherlands

Work collaboratively with wider HR team, Hiring Managers, external agencies and further experts from different countries
Maintaining the ATS, ensuring quality data integrity, tracking and role status updates to enable accurate reporting**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting in both countries
- Studies in HR, Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent background, preferably experience in the packaging industry
Inspiring and convincing personality with people-oriented communication and networking skills
Affinity for social and digital media
- Very good English skills
