As the vital link between our clients, their projects, and our network of HR consultants, your core responsibilities encompass:
- Cultivating your client base of HR leaders within organizations, forging strategic partnerships. You analyze their challenges and match the right HR interim managers to their needs, providing qualitative guidance before, during, and after each project.
- Establishing a community of qualified freelance HR consultants by nurturing and maintaining enduring relationships.
- Collaborating with the team on learning initiatives designed to develop the skills and insights of our network through gatherings, workshops, social media, and more.
- Taking initiatives to pioneer innovative approaches.
