**Contexte**

NRB est à la recherche d'un.e Senior Functional Consultant SAP PM pour rejoindre le département IT de notre client situé à Bruxelles dans le cadre de la réalisation d’un projet de programme de transformation, le projet « Cockpit ». Ce projet vise à la création de systèmes, la mise en place d’un système de contrôle de gestion et l’évolution du processus de gestion des devis. Pour permettre ceci, une réinstallation du module SAP PM est nécessaire.

Au sein du département IT, le Senior Functional Consultant SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) intervient sur de multiples projets, principalement dans le domaine finance. Le système actuel est composé d’une:

- Instance unique ECC6 (DEV, QAS, PROD) sur une DB ORACLE ;
- Instance S/4HANA Cloud pour les activités IS-U de l’entreprise.

Il y a un projet de migration S4 (non encore planifié) pour les autres activités opérationnelles, logistiques et l’ensemble des activités financières.

Sous la coordination du Project Manager métier et du Project Manager IT, le Senior Functional Consultant SAP PM configurera, dans un système SAP ERP 6.0, les nouveaux principes financiers qui ont été établis en 2020/2021 dans un document de type « Blueprint métier » et validés comme tels par la Direction.

Dans le cadre des plans de notre client, de vouloir mettre en place les nouveaux principes financiers de l’entreprise en SAP, le consultant recherché sera expérimenté en Plant Maintenance et utilisation de SAP PM.

**Mission**

Le poste requiert une expérience et une compréhension tant fonctionnelle que technique dans la compétence recherchée. Dans le cadre d’un projet, il:

- Rédige les options de mise en oeuvre du « Blueprint métier » rédigé par la Direction Financière pour la partie SAP PM ;
- Met en oeuvre les solutions de livraisons de la solution de mise en oeuvre retenue ;
- Assure l'harmonisation, la cohérence et la mise en place de la solution SAP PM dans un système SAP ERP 6.0 ;
- Anticipe la vision future de l’entreprise qui sera de pouvoir transposer à terme, ces principes financiers vers une plateforme S/4HANA ;
- Documente les processus IT et les procédures associées.

Il peut également intervenir sur les activités suivantes:

- Contribution à la rédaction d’un business case ;
- Contribution à la rédaction d’une fiche projet ;
- Suivi des tests utilisateurs ;
- Formation des utilisateurs ;
- Support aux utilisateurs durant et après la mise en production.

En outre, le consultant sera à même de donner à ses collègues des conseils et du coaching dans
les tâches ci-dessus.

**Responsabilités**
- La principale responsabilité du Senior Functional Consultant SAP PM est d'assumer l’implémentation des solutions de SAP PM requises dans le cadre du projet Cockpit ;
- Il fait la promotion des solutions SAP standard et prend des initiatives pour garantir que les connaissances pertinentes pour ce domaine soient partagées avec le métier et en phase avec l'évolution de SAP ;
- Il maintient ou crée des modèles de test et de documentation et collabore avec d'autres équipes informatiques et métiers pour garantir la fourniture de solutions cohérentes et de haute qualité tout au long des trois étapes du cycle de vie du projet Cockpit (Explore - Realize - Delivery).

**Profil**

La personne proposée devra disposer au minimum des expériences et compétences suivantes:

- Avoir au minimum 10 ans d’expérience SAP dans les modules Plant Maintenance (PM), acquise dans le cadre de plusieurs projets end-2-end ;
- De démontrer deux expériences probantes dans SAP PM au cours des 5 dernières années dans le développement, la révision et l'analyse de configurations complexes et dans l'identification ou la mise en oeuvre d'améliorations ;
- De démontrer une très bonne connaissance de S/4 HANA ;
- D’interagir en français ou en néerlandais, de rédiger en français ou en néerlandais, avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais. La personne doit démontrer sa capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Avoir de l’expérience/connaissances d’autres modules SAP opérationnels (SAP PP/MM/SD/FI/CO) ;
- Maitriser les dernières « release notes » et des meilleures pratiques en matière de technologies SAP ;
- Maîtriser et/ou avoir une certification de la méthodologie SAP Activate ;
