Purchase Reporting SpecialistLa Lorraine Bakery Group (LLBG) is a Belgian family owned company active in the European milling and bakery industry. Every day,8 Belgian production sites supply thousands of tasty products (e.g. bread, patisserie, viennoiserie and pastry) to customers active in various sectors (retail, bakery, hotel and catering,...). The company also operates large bakeries in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey and Hungary and sells high quality products all over Europe and beyond.
As a Purchase Process Business Architect, you will support the entire group by harmonizing and improving the financial processes.
**Your function**:
- In your role as a Purchase Process Business Architect, you are responsible for the harmonization and professionalization of all purchasing processes and reports for all entities in the group.
- You will therefore immerse yourself in the underlying purchasing business processes in order to master these processes and have the right foundation for optimizing them.
- You are expected to describe the 'as-is' situation for all entities in Europe and subsequently the 'to-be' situation.
- You are responsible for first time implementation and roll-outs of reports, tools & processes.
- You work closely with different departments, in particular the IT and finance department.
- Frequent travel is part of the job.
In this role you report to the Group Purchasing Director.
**Your profile**:
- You have obtained a university degree in an economic domain (Commercial Engineering, TEW,...);
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in procurement;
- You have experience with reporting, process management, test management, project management and business process monitoring;
- You have a solid knowledge of SAP MM and Power BI
- You are a change manager who has the skills to motivate different internal stakeholders in different countries;
- You are a true business partner who thinks along with the business;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
