At this moment, we are looking for a cybersecurity advisor to join our group.

**TASKS**:

- Provide guidance to our clients and design solutions for the transformation and optimization of their cyber security organisation.
- Assist with finding the right security-control to for any type of business, in order to reduce their risk to acceptable levels, as well as finding alignment between business, IT and security teams.
- Help organisations move forward with various cyber security frameworks (CIS Controls v8, NIST CSF, CCB CyberFundamentals, ISO27k series, )
- Conduct information security management reviews and information security management assessments.
- Work in a hybrid teams to advise, mentor and support clients on all aspects of cybersecurity.
- Provide complex strategic advice, recommendations, and consultancy on the broad spectrum of cyber security measures.
- Assist with implementation of various policies and practices.

**PROFILE**:

- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and willingness to continuously learn.
- Ability to align information security policies with business requirements.
- Flair for translating information security requirements into IT security controls and measures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
