As a UX-passionate Product Owner at Donna, you'll be a vital part of our team, working together to build the AI copilot for sales teams and to empower them to focus on what they do best - selling.

As a product owner, you’ll closely work together with the engineering team to ensure high-paced, high-quality feature delivery cycles. We expect you to have a strong focus on delivering an exceptional UX experience for our clients.

You’ll join our ambitious Donna team as one of the first hires. This means you’ll have the opportunity to be part of an early-stage start-up and to learn from experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Tasks

You’ll help translate our product vision into reality. A non-exhaustive list of features we could use your help with:

- Analyse feature requests, prioritize them and incorporate them into the product roadmap. You’ll groom the backlog on a recurrent basis to keep structure and overview.
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Work out the best possible user experience and journey for our customers using Donna. Communicate and argue the impact of your work to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct user research or experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations.

We believe in shipping fast to gather feedback quickly from our customers. We focus more on building the right product than building the product right.

You’ll be key in connecting the GTM team and the engineering team, understanding market requirements, prioritizing and making trade-offs in order to maximize value and go-to-market speed.

**Requirements**:

- We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a product department of a software company. Having experience in JIRA (or a similar tool) is a must.
- You have an eye for detail and you are obsessed with good UX.
- Having worked in another start-up or scale-up is a plus. It is important you can embrace the start-up culture. While we try to keep technical debt in check, there are times we need to ship quickly and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter mentality that embraces challenges.
- Collaboration is key for us (and will be even more key in this particular role), so we’re looking for people who are fun to work with, have a lot of expertise and are open to other people’s opinions.
- We have global ambitions so fluency in English is a must (spoken & written).
