**Job Description**:
You play a crucial role in ensuring a streamlined and efficient logistics operation. You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure that the purchased goods arrive at the intended locations in a timely manner and in the correct quantities. Your responsibilities will include:
**Collaboration with suppliers/Interplant**:
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods as scheduled.
- Striving for 100% quality of in
- and offline products/machines.
**Optimisation of the flow of goods**:
- Minimizing logistics costs by optimising the flow of goods.
- Authorization of production/deliveries/raw material to minimize DSA.
- Implementing JIT (Just-In-Time) strategies.
**Reporting and corrective actions**:
- Reporting of delivery promises.
- Proposing corrective measures in critical cases.
- Performing actions such as AETC transport, prioritizing suppliers, premium orders, spot buy orders, and spare parts.
**Negotiation and Troubleshooting**:
- Negotiate and handle delivery issues, including transportation, phase-out, AETC, overshipment, packaging, and invoice checks.
**Control Deliveries**:
- Thorough control of deliveries ex works.
- Management of ASN/PUR/PUN processes.
**Collaboration with Internal Organizations**:
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Engineering, Planning, Work Preparation, and Quality.
- Solving problems related to drawings, rejected parts, ordered and delivered quantities, and invoicing to avoid delivery problems.
**Shipments & Support**:
- Checking and supporting shipments of materials/tools to suppliers/interplant.
- Ensure timely execution of OA (Operational Activities) operations.
**Creative Problem Solver**:
- Approaching (un)foreseen problems with a creative, positive result-oriented attitude.
- Efficiently solve problems caused by changes in schedule, late releases (engineering), and unexpected needs of production departments
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
**Salary**: €300.00 - €350.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
