**Your tasks**
- Manage complex architecture and integrate heterogeneous systems to it;
- Architecture and design of information systems;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems;
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks (back-end/front-end);
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Minimum 3 years of proven expertise in Java, Angular and Weblogic or other JEE container, management;
- Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus);
- Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka);
- Good knowledge in Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents;
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS and modelling tools;
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
- Certifications in Oracle Middleware and ITIL will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language and good understanding of French will be an advantage.
