We are looking for a **Senior Financial Planning Expert** to support our growth.

**Your role**
- In this new role, you will manage our Group's Financial Planning & Analysis.
- This includes the end-to-end management of our budgeting & forecasting cycles and continuously looking for ways to make these processes more robust.
- On top of the short-term planning (budgeting & forecasting), you will also be involved in mid and long-term planning (e.g. cash flow management, hedging policies, etc.).
- Prepare monthly reporting, both for internal and external purposes.
- You will frequently connect with our two business partners to obtain better insights into our overall (project) profitability.
- Lead ad hoc financial projects (e.g. operational efficiency analysis, implementing tools, etc.).
- You will work within our Finance Team and closely with the different BU management teams.
- You will report to the Director of Finance & Legal.

**Your skills**
- You hold a Master's degree in finance, economics or similar.
- You have between 5 to 10 years of experience in a Finance or Management Consulting environment.
- Experience with M&A is a plus.
- You have strong business acumen and can build trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- You’re hands-on: when you set yourself a task or challenge, you go for it.
- You understand the internal and external factors which drive business performance.
- You have confident communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and management.
- You can push back and lead difficult conversations with integrity and humility.
- You generate feasible and efficient solutions to solve problems and capitalise on new opportunities.
- You blend in smoothly with our company values: move fast, dig deep, own it, be kind and come together.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
