**Votre rôle**:
The Quality Specialist ensures that the production unit operates within the quality standards determined by the Ferrero Quality Department (FQD) and within the standards determined by the Quality Requirements. Generate ideas for continuous improvement and implement the corresponding actions. Contribute to the training of employees to ensure the achievement of quality objectives. Checking that production self-monitoring is working properly and intervening promptly to resolve any problems. Check that outsourced activities are carried out in accordance with the quality standards required by the production unit.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- To issue, distribute and keep up to date and available to self-checking operators and any other person concerned, the required self-checking quality instructions and related forms, in relation to the production lines under responsibility.
- Support the FS pillar in risk analysis, assessment and implementation of prerequisite programmes, HACCP, certifications and any other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Carry out and evaluate risk assessments at own discretion, considering additional sampling and/or one-off checks where deemed necessary to ensure process control.
- Ensure the execution of extraordinary sampling or additional quality checks on semi-finished products in reference to specific problems.
- Provide reactive support to the production department in the event of anomalies or quality problems on the production line, at the discretion of the PQM Manager.
- Support existing and potential new customers by aligning quality requirements and audit requests.
- Regularly supervise quality control activities carried out by operators on the production line.
- In the event of problems or anomalies, work with all departments to implement corrective actions to prevent the same problem recurring.
- Ensure that quality and food safety checks are recorded and that they comply with defined specifications.
- Cooperate with all support departments to pursue continuous quality improvements (technology, SSP, maintenance, health and safety, environment).
- Periodically verify the effectiveness of quality management systems by establishing, implementing and coordinating verification and validation activities.
- Carry out gap assessments of newly published quality documentation by central teams and implement new requirements at plant level.
- Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation requirements for process equipment to ensure microbiological compliance of the process.
- Support and participate in central and external quality audit activities.
- Manage any non-conformities according to criticality level.
- Manage root cause analysis of NCs and consumer complaints.
- Provide, support and share with regional and central teams the anomalies generated in the production unit.
- Help operators check that quality control activities are carried out and recorded correctly.
- To provide operators with all the necessary training identified in the production unit in order to guarantee their skills.
- Guarantee tasting activities along the production line (training, recording, reporting anomalies)
- Participate in QDA tasting sessions to ensure product compliance.
- Supervise the Product Quality Specialists and experts to ensure that all production quality activities are carried out.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Product Quality Specialists.
- Ensure that all Product Quality Specialists are trained in all relevant procedures and work in accordance with work instructions.
- Organise working hours, leave requests and performance appraisals for Product Quality Specialists.
- Ensure that Product Quality Specialists are trained in health, safety and environmental aspects.
