Business Analyst at Arxus: what will you do?
- You will build strong relationships with your colleagues in the CX & Scale tribe
- You build strong relationships with other roles across departments to ensure the culture remains open, strong and dynamic
- You understand how to create process blueprints, how to connect them to the major value chain(s) within Arxus, and how to properly communicate these changes across the organization
- You understand that documentation in a process world is essential for success
- You understand that processes are not "set and forget," but a living thing. As an enabling business analyst, you work with a small team that constantly evaluates and refines processes
- You respect cultural differences and understand how to deal with them
- You are continuously looking for process improvements
Business Analyst at Arxus: You bring this to the table.
Soft skills:
- Good communication skills, you will not only need these during afterwork events, but you will also talk to internal stakeholders within Arxus
- You have an analytical mind. Where others see problems, you see solutions
- You are not afraid of resistance and eat change management and communication for breakfast
Hard skills:
- You speak and write excellent English and Dutch
- Relevant work experience: 3- 8 years
- Experience with tools such as Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Power Platform, ERP, CRM, ITSM
- Experience in an IT service environment with a broad product/service portfolio (Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Quote, Quote to Contract). You understand that price is the result of negotiation and will have multiple components in the world of service sales
- Experience in harmonizing, standardizing and improving key business processes to facilitate a common ERP and increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Life cycle management of processes
- Techniques for process optimization
- Stakeholder management
- Project planning
- Knowledge of process modeling and establishing key KPIs to measure them
Extra's to impress us even more:
- Experience working in SE, financial and operational environments is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMI-PBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or BPM are a plus
