As experts in the production and sale of professional organic hair care products, present in Belgium, Holland, France and Switzerland, we are now looking to expand to Germany. As we are not yet present over there, we are looking to create brand awareness in order to develop in Germany. The position will therefore consist of marketing and communication missions, with a part of sales (prospecting for new customers and follow-up of these customers).

Attention: this position is intended to open a new sector. A solid experience and motivation are necessary. An exciting challenge, with great possibilities of evolution awaits you.

**Tasks**:

- Prospection, development and follow-up of German customers.
- Implementation of a digital sales strategy (with the support of the French and Dutch speaking teams).
- Implementation of the communication strategy in German.
- Translation of various communication materials from French to German
- Monitoring and continuous analysis of the natural professional hairdressing market in Germany.

- High degree of autonomy_: you are able to work in total autonomy. You are resourceful and proactive. You know how to take initiatives.
- Structure and organization_: you have a good sense of organization.
- Perfectly bilingual_: French and German. Your spelling is impeccable and you can carry out translation missions (publications for social media, marketing support, quotes...).
- Commercial_: you are passionate about sales, in all its aspects. You are as comfortable in the field as you are in digital. You are not afraid to travel to meet your prospects.
- You have a taste for marketing and communication_: you have at heart to develop the commercial strategy of the brand by activating marketing and communication tools. This mission will be carried out with the support of the Marketing and Communication team.
- Team spirit & assertiveness_: although you are autonomous to develop the German market, you are attached to the general sales team. You will have a good relationship with your colleagues.
- Good customer relations_: this quality is essential. You are sociable and have a good contact with others.
