ICARE Executive Search is voor haar klant op zoek naar een drietalige Personal Assistant Frans, Nederlands en Engels voor een vast contract in Willebroek.

JOBBESCHRIJVING

Je rapporteert aan de gedelegeerde bestuurder en werkt in een snelgroeiende KMO. Je werkt samen met de directeur van het bedrijf en hebt de volgende taken:

- opvolgen van sociale en juridische ontwikkelingen
- commerciële en boekhoudkundige dashboards opvolgen (statistieken produceren voor rapportering of vergaderingen)
- deelnemen aan vergaderingen en notuleren
- internationale reizen van de medewerkers organiseren
- de agenda van de bedrijfsdirecteur organiseren

Dit is een niet-limitatieve lijst en de functie kan worden opgewaardeerd tot Administratief Manager.

PROFIEL

Je hebt een perfecte beheersing van het geschreven en gesproken Frans en Nederlands, Engels is een plus.

Je hebt een goede kennis van Office 365, in het bijzonder Excel en PowerPoint.

Je hebt al enige ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie

Je gaat discreet om met betrouwbare informatie

Dienstverband: Voltijds, Vaste Jobs

Loon: €3.500,00 - €4.500,00 per maand
