Voor onze winkel in **Knokke **zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Assistant Store Manager (m/v):
**FUNCTIE**
- Je focust op een kwaliteitsvolle klantenervaring en verkoop.
- Je bouwt een goede relatie op met klanten, adviseert hen en probeert van elke klant een loyale klant te maken.
- Je helpt bij het verwerken van leveringen en bestellingen.
- Je beheert vlot het kassasysteem en de verschillende CRM-projecten.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling, de sfeer en het imago van onze winkel.
- Via diverse producttrainingen, weet je onze klant goed te informeren over de verschillende trends en kwaliteiten.

**PROFIEL**
- Je bent gebeten om je klant een onvergetelijke winkelervaring te bieden.
- Je hebt ervaring in de retail en affiniteit met het luxesegment.
- Je hebt uitstraling, bent enthousiast, flexibel en zorgt voor een aangename sfeer.
- Nieuwe uitdagingen of projecten schrikken je niet af.
- Je bent doelgericht met behoud van de teamspirit.
- Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse voor mode met oog voor detail.
- Je bent dynamisch met een verzorgd imago dat aansluit bij MaxMara.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan met de gebruikelijke informatica tools overweg.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig. Kennis van elke andere taal is een plus.
