IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Business analyst Car Data & Document changes** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Antwerpen.**

Functie

Als business analyst car data draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over het beheer en onderhoud van voertuigdata en van product
- en prijsparameters van de klant. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van documentbeheer in de front
- en backoffice applicatie (Miles).

Je biedt ondersteuning aan alle process owners in het bereiken van hun strategische en operationele doelen. Jouwverantwoordelijkheden omvatten hierbij volgende taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van voertuigdata en product-en prijsparameters. Je houdt gegevensbij in de database en staat in voor de nodige updates van onderhoudsprijzen, bandenprijzen, restwaarden, etc.
- Je ziet kritisch toe op de correctheid en volledigheid van voertuigdata (CO:, brandstofverbruik, max dvant kilometerstand, etc.)
- Je werkt nauw samen met de NSC collega’s van Customer Service, Technical Services & Sales omtrent nieuwe productinformatie
- Je assisteert in globale pricing review van onderhoud, banden en restwaarde bepalingen
- Je bent de dagelijkse helpdesk voor alle vragen rond car data
- Daarnaast breng je bestaande business processen in kaart, analyseer je de problemen en uitdagingen en sta in voor hetdefiniëren van toekomstige business flows
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en onderhoud van documenten in front-en backoffice je (Miles)
- Je verwerkt de vragen van business en doet een kwaliteitscontrole

Functie-eisen

Je beschikt over:

- Interesse om je te verdiepen in een Finance/Leasing omgeving en in de daarbij horende business processen
- Een voorliefde voor business processen, kwaliteit en process management
- Een natuurlijke affiniteit voor IT en technologie en gaat graag gedetailleerd te werk om problemen op te lossen sterkeanalytische skills en bent uiterst nauwkeurig
- Een vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie en bent in staat om complexe topics goed en vlot te verwoorden enhierover praktisch advies te verlenen aan de diverse stakeholders
- Een kritisch oog je stelt proactief informatie en feiten in vraag en houdt consequent het overzicht over processen
- Een gedreven en resultaatgerichte werkmentaliteit.
