For our Global Quality Department in Dendermonde, we are looking for a _**_Global Quality Tools & Systems Specialist._**

**What will you do for us as a Global Quality Tools & Systems Specialist?**

**Key areas of accountability**:
Statistical Knowledge Manager
- Drive the search for better tools to ensure customer and business requirements can be met in a timely manner for the engineers using the tools.
- Support global audits to answer any specific questions on the Statistical standards and tools within PSS.

Quality Tools
- Acts as the go to person / department for SME questions related to different quality tools used in the automotive / consumer industry.
- Drive the global standardization into the organization.
- Drive the training to use the tools in a consistent manner in line with automotive standards.

Calibration
- Understand calibration requirements and methods and drive the global procedures for calibration internally or externally.
- Lead the plant calibration engineers to ensure the global calibration standards are correctly introduced and standardized.

Measurement System Analysis
- Lead the organization by defining the global procedures that are applicable for every measurement system.
- Lead the organization to define addendums to the procedure for any specific department deviations towards the standard.
- Understand why deviations are necessary and how to cope with them on a procedural level.

Measurement systems and equipment
- Lead the global definitions between systems and equipment.

Global Standardization
- Align within each site to make sure competencies are met and procedures are understood and implemented.

**What will you bring to PSS?**
- Proven experience in quality tools, measurement systems and statistical expertise including MSA studies. Green/black belt experience is seen as a plus, Experience with a LIMS system is seen as a plus.
- Strong expertise in quality tools, methods as used in the automotive industry
- Affiliation and experience in IATF-16949
- Strong expertise in measurements, systems, calibration and measurement system analysis studies.
- Experience in statistical analysis including tools such as (xSel, Minitab)
- Strong Project Management skills including specification management, technical negation, combined with a result oriented, analytical, systematic, proactive, open to change mindset.
- Team player, be able to communicate concisely and transparently to different levels & departments in the organization.
