**Department Info**:
Het Quality Operations-team is verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse operationele kwaliteitswerk. Dit omvat alles van de eerste inspectie van het ruwe materiaal tot de laatste inspectie vóór verzending naar de klant. Daarnaast omvat het ook herinspectie/herwerken na retour, evenals de vrijgave van de stents waarvoor Terumo Europe de wettelijke fabrikant is.

**Job Summary**:
Als **Production Quality Analyst** binnen onze Operations-divisie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van afwijkingen met als doel de kwaliteit van onze processen en producten te optimaliseren. Je ondersteunt kwaliteitsprojecten en werkt nauw samen met het Process Quality team om continue verbeteringen te realiseren.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Niet-conformiteiten handeling - Correctieve en Preventieve acties - PPR**
- Beoordelen van kwaliteitsproblemen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses in samenwerking met QA.
- Uitvoeren en opzetten van aanvullende inspecties (bijv. inkomende inspectie, 100% inspectie) en het correct rapporteren van de resultaten.
- Implementeren en ondersteunen van correctieve en preventieve acties.
- Monitoren van kwaliteitsdata en opvolgen van geïmplementeerde kwaliteitsvoorstellen.
- Problemen oplossen in samenwerking met Cross-Functional Teams (CFT's).
- Voorbereidend opzoekwerk voor klachtenbehandeling en traceringen via SAP en andere systemen.

**2. Training van productie medewerkers**
- Aanmaken en onderhouden van testkits en deze voorbereiden voor gebruik.
- Opvolgen van trainingen voor productiepersoneel en aanvullende uitleg geven waar nodig.

**3. CoC en project handeling / TMV / Beheer Kalibers voor productie**
- Bijdragen aan CoC's door input te geven en procedures aan te passen.
- Uitvoeren van validaties en verificaties, inclusief staalname en verwerking van resultaten in overleg met validatie.
- Ondersteunen van QA bij TMV, inclusief het schrijven van protocollen, aanmaken van stalen, en begeleiden van visuele inspecties en documentatie.
- Beheer van kalibers voor productie, inclusief tijdige kalibratie en beheer van opvolgbestanden.

**4. Gemba en documenten beheer**
- Continu bewaken van de Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) en de productkwaliteit door middel van monitoring.
- Controleren van Batch Records en productiegerelateerde documenten, met correcte rapportage en archivering.
- Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen voor kwaliteitsproblemen en stimuleren van continue verbeteringen in de productielijn.

**5. Veiligheid**
- Toezien op de correcte toepassing van veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieustandaarden binnen je bevoegdheidsdomein.
- Voorbeeldgedrag tonen en een safety-minded cultuur uitdragen.
- Melden van incidenten en bijna-incidenten, en indien van toepassing, het dragen van de benodigde persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.

**Profile Description**:

- **Opleiding**: A2 niveau.
- **Ervaring**: Bij voorkeur ervaring in een functie met technische en analytische vaardigheden.
