Yunex supplies, installs and maintains electromechanical equipment that is installed on and around the road. Yunex makes use of highly innovative technologies (including cloud-based C-ITS technology).- For the Belgian regional authorities (Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia), Yunex delivers approximately 150 traffic controllers (control boxes for traffic lights) each year. The components of these traffic controllers are delivered from our headquarters and assembled into the final product in Huizingen.- Besides these traffic controllers, Yunex also delivers a lot of related products such as: traffic centers, cameras for number plate recognition, radars, tunnel management systems, C-ITS,...- We are looking to reinforce our finance team with
- **a Financial Performance Controller.**

**Task description and main responsibilities**:

- Monthly Closing, budgeting, forecasting and controlling activities for Siemens Mobility
- Oversee the financial performance of the company as a whole. Interact with and challenge the various business units and management on various operational inputs and KPI’s to understand, analyze and address performance topics & issues. Offer support on both a recurrent and ad-hoc basis in order to improve our operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting, prepare reporting packages to support decision making
- First interface for our various stakeholders and support functions providers for accounting, insurances and other finance related topics for accounting
- Corporate Finance & statutory activities (balans, jaarrekening, rapport ondernemingsraad, sociale balans)
- Audit
- Compliance, risk & internal control
- Tax activities
- Manage and steer projects aiming at further digitizing and optimizing the financial work processes.

**Important elements for executing the requested service contract**:

- Proven experience in controlling & reporting
- Profound accounting background
- Experience in an industrial, project-based business environment is an absolute plus
- Passion for reporting and data analysis
- Willingness to be curious and truly understand the business “behind the figures”. Willing to know and understand the ”story behind the figures”
- Strong affinity with tools and digitalization
- Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
- The person needs to be interested to move to a permanent contract with Siemens Mobility after a period of 1 year

**Required competences for the execution of the Service/Assignment**:

- Education : Master in financial / economical / business science orientation
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Languages : Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
- Analytical and critical mindset allowing you to analyze, synthesize and capture the relevant fundamentals in order to formulate a conclusion and a plan of action
- Communicative and proactive mindset will allow you to successfully collaborate cross-functional with various areas and stakeholders
- SAP experience, experience with dashboard & reporting tools is a plus
