Junior Sourcing Specialist

**Junior sourcing specialist**:

**Wat ga je doen?**:
Om ons team op de “Rekrucel” te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste recruiter die als geen ander klant-kandidaat of kandidaat-klant weet te matchen. Vacatures in de administratie, in het commerciële, in de customer service, retail,Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en je hoofd koel houden, full focus in combinatie met sfeer en gezelligheid a volenté.

Bij onze Sourcing Specialists wordt iedere dag gefocust op het vinden van topprofielen. Samen zetten de collega’s maximaal in op het vinden van kandidaten en het ondersteunen van de verschillende afdelingen op vlak van rekrutering
- Zoeken naar profielen in de retail, administratieve sector, technische sector,noem maar op. Variatie is er genoeg
- Uitzoeken welke kernwoorden je kan gebruiken voor verschillende profielen.
- Via verschillende jobsites zoals VDAB, Indeed, onze interne database en LinkedIn ga jij dagelijks op zoek naar kandidaten.
- Heb je een interessante kandidaat aan de lijn? Dan check jij de harde criteria af tijdens een eerste telefonische screening.
- Topper aan de lijn? Dan plan je die in bij jouw collega’s

**Waar blink jij in uit?**:

- Bellen? Dat is voor jou geen probleem Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden doe je een eerste kwalitatieve intake met je kandidaat.
- Administratie? Het registreren van je genomen acties in ons systeem, het bijhouden van administratie alsook het zoeken (vinden) van kandidaten via verschillende kanalen, zie jij volledig zitten.
- Talen? Bij voorkeur ben jij vlot tweetalig, je trekt zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands goed je plan.
- Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand gedreven en als je ergens voor wil gaan doe je dat voor de volle 100%
