Credit Controller

Functieomschrijving
- You own the credit collection process and its follow-up: compliance with group credit management policy, release orders, update credit limits, credit insurance, reminder procedure
- You report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team. Close cooperation with Customer Service, Sales, and Corporate Finance
- You follow up on overdue invoices and payments. This requires follow-up by phone and via iController.
- You manage the portfolio of credit insurance.
- You look for ways to improve debt collection processes.

Profiel
- You have preferably a bachelor’s degree.
- You have a proven work experience as a Credit Controller or a similar role in accounting.
- A good Credit Controller has a solution-oriented approach, aiming for results while staying customer-focused.
- You can easily handle Excel and have experience with an accounting package or ERP system. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- You have excellent collaboration and communication abilities since you work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of English and French.
