**About the job**

Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be the Deputy Branch Head of Operations. You will lead and guide the Operations team, orchestrate the tracking, recording and accounting of all formal tasking, and coordinate operational planning and support with internal executive stakeholders. **About you**

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Deputy Branch Chief (Operations) with ideally a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline (such as IT service/programme/project management) and 3 years post-related experience. The lack of a university degree may be compensated by a different educational qualification and least 10 years relevant work experience.

Experience in planning CIS at the operational level, team leadership and IT project management is highly desired.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
