**Jouw uitdagingen**:
- Binnen een team masterplanners en een goed uitgebouwde supply chain ben je verantwoordelijk voor de middellange
- en korte termijn planning van één of meerdere productgroepen, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale output, rekening houdend met de beschikbare resources.
- Je schat vraag en aanbod in door nauw contact met diverse afdelingen, zodat je de productieplanning kan afstemmen op de bedrijfs
- en klantennoden. Daarbij kijk je toe op de behoefteplanning voor hulp
- en grondstoffen en wend je de productiecapaciteit zo efficiënt mogelijk aan, zodat de meest kostenefficiënte werkwijze wordt gehanteerd.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheer van het werkkapitaal in functie van jouw belangrijkste KPI’s, namelijk voorraadrotatie en servicelevel.
- Je fungeert als een spilfiguur tussen customer service, sales, productie en kwaliteit.
- Je rapporteert aan de planning manager.
**Jouw talenten**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een analytische of logistieke richting.
- Je bent geboeid door supply chain en hebt een planningservaring binnen een productiecontext.
- Je werkt kwalitatief en nauwkeurig maar verliest hierbij het overzicht over het geheel niet.
- Naast analytisch denken en stressbestendigheid is ook problem solving een belangrijke kwaliteit van je.
- Je bent hands on, een absolute teamplayer en een vlotte communicator.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van Excel. Ervaring SAP is een pluspunt.
