**Description de l’entreprise.**
Nous sommes une entreprise qui vise à rendre le secteur événementiel plus durable. Pour ce faire, nous construisons des dômes pour le domaine de l’événementiel réutilisables et rapides à installer, de grande qualité : en aluminium recyclé et assemblées en Belgique.
Ces structures offrent plusieurs avantages. Tout d’abord, le temps d’installation peut être réduit de quelques jours à quelques minutes seulement, en fonction de la taille de la structure. Ensuite, la qualité élevée garantit une longue durée de vie, encourageant une utilisation multiple dans des conditions variées. Le design de la structure est unique et inégalé et peut être facilement adapté et personnalisé. Elle se compose d’un cadre et de visuels et décorations personnalisés.
Nous sommes un petit groupe de personnes passionnées qui partagent les mêmes normes fondées sur des **valeurs fondamentales humanistes et une communication transparente**.
**Description de la fonction.**
Nous sommes situés à Anderlecht et recherchons un.e **technicien.ne d’atelier** (H/F/X) **motivé.e** et **pro-actif.ve** qui puisse aider dans l’atelier et travailler sur le terrain
Le contenu du poste consiste notamment en:
- Production et maintenance des structures et accessoires (bâches) dans notre atelier (60% du temps); assemblages mécaniques, contrôle qualité, tests,
- Se rendre chez nos clients pour installer les structures lors des événements (30% du temps)
- Le nettoyage et la maintenance de l’atelier (nettoyage, rangement, petite réparations dans le bâtiment, ) (10% du temps)
**Description du profil.**
Nous recherchons donc une personne optimiste et enthousiaste, qui possède également l’expérience/les compétences suivantes:
- À la maison, vous êtes très **bricoleur.euse**, vous savez comment utiliser une perceuse et vous aimeriez avoir un travail manuel.
- Vous possédez des compétences en **mécanique**:
- Vous êtes **proactif**.**ve. **Vous prenez vous-même des initiatives pour ranger, améliorer ou réparer les choses sans que nous ayons à vous le faire remarquer
- Vous êtes disposé.e à travailler selon des **horaires flexibles** ( 2 fois par mois, vous pourriez être amenés à travailler de longues journées et également le samedi ou dimanche sur des événements, vous pouvez bien sûr récupérer ces journées)
- Vous avez un **permis de conduire B**:
- Vous avez une **bonne condition physique** vous permettant d’assumer des travaux manuels et soulever des charges de 20/30 kg
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du **Français**:
- La connaissance de l’Anglais et/ou du Néerlandais sont des atouts
- Vous êtes prêt à travailler dans une entreprise à l’atmosphère familiale
