Pringles maakt deel uit van de Kellanova Company. In België zijn er zo’n 650-tal mensen tewerkgesteld in onze Pringles fabriek te Mechelen, een van de grootste en belangrijkste productievestigingen van Pringles in de wereld. In Mechelen produceren we voor Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Pringles wordt wereldwijd verkocht en er wist je dat er meer dan 30 smaken verkrijgbaar zijn?

Je wilt deel uitmaken van het Kellanova-team en samen met ons de visie op milieu voor de fabriek voor de komende jaren creëren.
In dat kader zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren “Energy Lead/Manager/Specialist” die ons team komt versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de fabrieksvisie op energie/co2/afval voor 2030/2050 en stel je de jaarlijkse doelstellingen vast om deze doelen te bereiken. Je volgt de energie dagelijks op en onderneemt de juiste acties om deze weer onder controle te krijgen.
Je bent eigenaar van de EBO en werkt de benodigde projecten uit om de doelstellingen te archiveren. Daarnaast werk je aan de cultuur en campagnes om de plant naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van een multifunctioneel team op NRC en sluit je aan bij het Europese NRC-team om verbinding te maken met andere Europese fabrieken. In deze functie ben je leider en je hebt een energieleider en/of energiecontractant(en) aan je rapporterend.

**Concreet betekent dit dat je de kans krijgt om**:
Dagelijkse opvolging van energie en creëren van de juiste platformen om dit live te brengen in de productie.
Leiden van een klein team ( 1 tot 2 man rapporterend aan jezelf)
Visie creeren van het co2/afval/energieplan 2030/2050 voor de plant.
Juiste Cultuur te creeren door geven van trainingen en campagnes.
Samen te werken met energieleveranciers, andere Europese fabrieken, engineering en andere industrieën.
Je kennis op peil te houden door de nodige trainingen en sessies rond dit tema te volgen.
Energy budget van de site te beheren en de juiste tools te ontwikkelen om de forcast zo accuraat mogelijk te maken.
Projecten initieren en deze uit te werken met lokale technici/engineering of extern advies.
Beheren van de WKK-installatie on site en onderhouden van de benodigde relaties met Fluvius en Veka.
Eigenaar van het EBO-rapport voor de site en de juiste besparingsprojecten definiëren om de doelstellingen te behalen.

**Kennis en Competenties**:
Je beschikt over een master of bachelor in energie management of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
Je bent vertrouwd met het reilen en zeilen van een productieomgeving
Je bent leergierig en durft assertief op te treden wanneer de situatie dit vereist.
Je gelooft dat een goede samenwerking de basis vormt voor een goed resultaat
Je communicatieve vaardigen vormen een absolute meerwaarde
Verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief kunnen nemen, geven jou voldoening
Bij jou bestaat er voor elk probleem een oplossing ( trouble shooting)
