**Security Operations Manager - Full-time - Post Coordinator Status - Monthly Bonus**

**What will you do?**:
**As a Security Operations Manager, you will coordinate the activities of security personnel and ensure the delivery of emergency and non-emergency security services that focus on community interaction and problem-solving. Your tasks will include managing critical incidents, reporting, investigations, and enforcing Microsoft and Securitas policies and procedures. You will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure communication and best practices within the account.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead security personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.**:

- **Manage physical security operations at Microsoft sites.**:

- **Evaluate operational programs and recommend and implement improvements.**:

- **Manage reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and adequacy.**:

- **Promote teamwork and adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.**:

- **Investigate complaints and incidents, and report findings to senior management.**:

- **Organize regular briefings and training for security personnel.**:

- **Evaluate the actions of security officers during incidents and provide support.**:

- **Ensure adequate staffing in collaboration with scheduling.**:

- **Support relevant projects and potentially travel to other sites.**:

- **Adequately handle critical incidents and prepare After Incident Reports.**:

- **Promote respectful treatment of all employees and foster a safe working environment.**

**What do we expect from you?**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry and leadership capabilities.**:

- **Preferably a first experience in Security Management or a related field**:

- **Experience with Microsoft Office; experience in a data center environment is a plus.**:

- **Willingness to travel (nationally/internationally) as required.**:

- **Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.**

**Competencies**:

- **Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.**:

- **Knowledge of security procedures and operational management practices.**:

- **Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.**:

- **Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.**
