**Job Title: Project Manager - Digitalization Trade Compliance**
**Location**: Hoboken, Antwerp

Our Procurement and Transportation & Trade Compliance (P&T) team plays a vital role in supporting these objectives by ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations on a global scale.
As a Project Manager specializing in digitalization for trade compliance, you will be instrumental in modernizing our trade compliance processes through the implementation of digital solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize trade compliance workflows, and ensure regulatory adherence. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth trajectory and enhance efficiency in our global logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and understand business requirements for digital trade compliance processes.
- Lead the digitalization strategy for trade compliance, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand trade compliance requirements, challenges, and priorities, translating them into technical specifications and project deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end execution of digitalization projects, including solution selection, vendor management, and deployment.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout digitalization projects.
- Drive change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption and maximize the benefits of digital solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in project management roles, with a focus on digital transformation or trade compliance.
- Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations, customs processes, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is an advantage.
