**Job description**:
You will be part of a team of 4 Quality Specialists, 1 QMS Officer and 4 QA Officers. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for the follow up of complaints and incidents; the administration in the QMS, the Root Cause investigation and the action plan with the relevant stakeholders. You will be playing an active role in the investigation and follow-up with the clients. Another interesting part of your job will be the audits and client projects with a QA impact, for example replacement of coolers or freezers. You will report to the QA Manager.
**The main tasks of the QA Specialists Team**
- Supporting the efficient, qualitative and compliant storage
- and distribution processes of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, execution and improvement of quality-related aspects in the operational processes, in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Advising on the translation of GDP-, GMP- and customer requirements that need to be integrated in the operational processes. Ensure the incorporation of such requirements in the procedures and instructions and provide training when necessary.
- Reporting and follow-up of Quality-KPI’s.
- Review and alignment of Quality Technical Agreements with customers as well as with suppliers
- Internal audit performance
**Requirements**:
- You have an education in Pharmacy, Bio-Engineering, Life Science, Industrial Engineering or similar fields.
- You have relevant experience in a QA-position, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, or related Industries, such as Food, Medical Devices or similar
- You have operational knowledge of quality regulations and Quality Management Systems
- You know how to combine high accuracy with urgency and changing priorities
- You have good written and spoken knowledge of English, Dutch language skills are an advantage
- You will be able to work individually and independently, in combination with being a team player as well
